If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back for an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. Please obtain proof of postage. If sending garments back to exchange for a different size or colour, you may like to check stock availability online first.

However, please allow 14 working days for any postal delays before contacting Karen Cole Customer Services.
